The hotel offers more of a serviced apartment experience, booked and paid for in advance as requested. However, the rooms had insects on the bed and in the toilet. The service was top-notch, especially in keeping our room clean and providing daily supplies. The location is superb, just a short 5-7 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The dining experience during breakfast could use more variety. The hotel offers a range of facilities for convenience.
